Sarah Pryor is a School Psychology Ph.D. student currently attending the University of Northern Colorado. At Birch, she provides both psychotherapy and psychological assessment services for clients of all ages.

Sarah has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient, private practice, and school-based settings. She has experience working with issues related to depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and selective mutism. Her therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in a systems-based approach, meaning that clients operate within a series of interrelated systems that influence their life experience. She primarily adopts Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches in therapy to help clients navigate interpersonal challenges. She firmly believes that through intentionally fostering a therapeutic environment centered on both empathy and authenticity, clients work towards meaningful change in their lives.
