During that feedback session, your clinicians will work with you to help you better understand your thoughts and actions. They will provide clarity and offer recommendations for treatment such as medication management, therapy, or interventions that might help you minimize the negative impact ADHD might be having on your health, mental health, and on other cognitive functions in your life. They may refer you to a doctor for a medication evaluation, and that doctor could be a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, or a primary care provider.
