Dr. Stephanie Pinch is a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to providing comprehensive psychotherapy and assessment services to individuals of all ages. Areas of focus include infant mental health, early childhood, childhood trauma, teens, parent-child relationships, parent coaching, couples work, adult support during role transitions, anxiety, neurodiverse affirming care, and guidance in perinatal and postpartum mental health. Dr. Pinch utilizes relational and attachment theories to foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages self-discovery and meaningful change. Dr. Pinch specializes in conducting psychoeducational assessments across the lifespan to identify learning differences, such as dyslexia, as well as neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism and ADHD. She has particular expertise in recognizing neurodiversity in females and assessing children under three.

Dr. Pinch earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver. She completed her predoctoral internship at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in Albuquerque, where she specialized in early childhood parent-child dyadic work, early childhood assessments, and outpatient therapy for children. Her research centers on perinatal and postpartum mental health, particularly postpartum substance misuse, and she has extensive experience in medical, academic, and community mental health settings.

Before her doctoral training, Dr. Pinch obtained a master’s degree in special education and taught in high school and middle school classrooms. She combines her expertise in special education with her psychological practice to serve as a resource and advocate for families, helping them navigate and access appropriate school-based services.
